What makes Gaga's Apple Cider Vinegar different from the rest? We use Australian apples, never use juice concentrate and follow a small-batch fermentation process. This gives our ACV a cloudy appearance and means it is rich in beneficial probiotic microorganisms (commonly called "the Mother"). Since Gaga never pasteurises, your gut will flourish on the dynamic cultures in her ACV. We made our first batch of Apple Cider Vinegar back in 2017, choosing to ferment apples that were slightly too ugly for retail shelves. Together we've saved over 50 tonnes of organic apples from landfill to date.
